The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in San Francisco, in collaboration with Littler Mendelson, a leading employment and labor law firm, will host an online seminar titled “Responding to ICE Workplace Investigations: Employer Compliance Strategies” on Thursday, February 27, at 12:00 PM (PST) in Korean and English. This seminar aims to assist Korean business owners in better understanding the increasing number of workplace investigations conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The seminar will cover key aspects of ICE workplace investigations, employer responsibilities, and effective compliance strategies. It will also provide detailed guidance on potential issues during investigations, preparation measures, and audit response strategies.
